My Bio
Born and raised in Phoenix, Jason is a true local, shaped by the state he proudly serves. A product of our public schools, an Eagle Scout, and a lifelong volunteer, Jason believes leadership is about service and doing what is right for the everyday citizen.
After earning a degree from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, Jason worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors before entering public service. He became one of the youngest Chief Financial Officers at a state agency, managing hundreds of millions of dollars and driving policy changes to make government more efficient, transparent, and accountable.
An avid outdoorsman, Jason has hiked the Arizona Trail, exploring the state from its lowest valleys to its highest peaks, meeting the great people of the state along the way.
